She has designed products for enterprise users at companies such as Duo Security, GE, and Google, morphing complex, technical environments into intuitive and human-centered experiences. She is also a UX educator, and teaches designers at Amazon and Seattle's School of Visual Concepts skills in influencing, articulating design decisions, and design thinking.
